“We’ve Gotten a Chance to Make This House Into a Home”

The sellers at 711 Ashmeade Road have made many, many memories
in their first family home.

It’s time for them to transition to a different house, but we asked them to tell us
a little bit about why they’ve loved living here so much…

Front
Q: What made you most excited about your home when you purchased it?

It is a solid, well-built home.  We were excited about rolling up our sleeves, getting to work and seeing the transformation.  From the deck to the hardiplank siding to the granite counter-tops in the kitchen, we’ve gotten a chance to make this house into our home.  Yard

Q: What will you miss most about your home?
The bay window in the kitchen, the screened porch, the deck.  We have spent lots of time enjoying the private wooded backyard and our children have made many memories outside.

Q: What is something nearby that you enjoyed the most?
Getting involved in the neighborhood has been wonderful.  From playgroups to Bunco and Halloween parades and Easter Egg hunts, the neighborhood has it all.  We’ve made life-long friends with neighbors, both young and old.  We love being close to a great playground, biking to Poppy’s for a bagel, visiting the pet store and toy store at Cotswold shopping center, etc.

Q: Anything special to share with the family who purchases it?
We brought our two children home from the hospital to this house. We pushed them on swings hung in the magnolia out front.  It has been a wonderful home and I am sure the next family will feel the same way.
